Supreme Spring took all our women staff through a self defence training as well as a morning of fun filled training activity that made all our more aware of their surroundings on a  saftey aspect and giving them much more ability to defend them selved from would be dangerous situations.

The entire day was well received and appreciated by all those who took part in the event.
