Supreme Springs operates in accordance with International Quality Standards and is TUV accredited for TS16949 (2002). The company has sophisticated metrology and mettalurgical laboratories as well as a full range of durability test rigs to ensure that products meet and exceed customer specifications.
Supreme Spring routinely designs and develops products to customers specifications. Full CAD/CAM facilities are available as well as the capability to undertake FEM stress analysis on the final designs. Not only standard products but also specialised products for specific applications can be designed. Substantial new investments have been made into design software and the new investment into cold forming coil spring and stabiliser facilities also allows the company to match the highest stress levels, complex shapes and side-force designs required by the market as well as allow rapid prototyping and short lead time to manufacture.
