Coil Springs
Supreme manufactures 1.2 Million hot-formed coil springs per year for all the major manufacturers such as Toyota, Ford, General Motors, Mercedes Benz, Nissan and Volkswagen.
Facilities have been installed to manufacture the latest technology in cold formed coil springs which will enable Supreme to meet the most onerous stress and shape specifications. Volume production of these products will commence in June 2007
Leaf Springs
Supreme produces 400 000 multi-leaf springs per year predominantly for the light commercial vehicle market but also for certain heavy commercial vehicles.
Major customers include Toyota, Ford, Nissan, Isuzu, Mitsubishi and Volkswagen.
Torsion Bars
Supreme manufactures 150 000 torsion bars per year for the front suspension on light commercial vehicles. These products require high precision machining and spline rolling and customers include Toyota, Ford, Nissan and Isuzu.
Stabiliser Bars
Supreme manufactures 120 000 stabiliser bars per year for both passenger and light commercial vehicles utlising both hot and cold formed technology. These products require assembly of bushes and brackets and customers include Toyota, Ford, Nissan and Isuzu.
The company is currently dramatically expanding the cold formed capacity with the installation of dedicated CNC bending and heat treatment facilities. This will give Supreme the capability of rapid prototyping and flexible manufacturing.
Specialised Products
Supreme is capable of designing, developing and manufacturing specialised torsion and stabiliser bars as well as other related products. Typical of these are the Dynamic Ride Control bars supplied to Delphi for use on the Range Rover.
