Product Development at Supreme Spring
Supreme Spring has the capability to design suspension springs to suit all customer requirements and conforming to ISO, DIN or JASO standards. Design work is undertaken using state of the art Solidworks software with FEM stress analysis capability and CAD/CAM interface provides for prompt and accurate tooling manufacture. All suspension products – hot formed coils springs with any end configuration, cold formed coil springs with very high stress and side-force control, leaf springs, torsion bars, stabilizer bars including hollow bar and special spring products such as active ride control bars can be developed at Supreme Spring. A full range of test equipment is utilized to ensure that all products developed comply to the required dimensional, metallurgical, load, endurance and corrosion specifications.
