Coil Spring Facilities
Supreme has the capability to manufacture 250 coil springs per hour on each of three lines. Two hot formed lines and one cold formed line are used to cover the full spectrum of designs and customer requirements. The lines are automated requiring minimal manual intervention. Supreme will manufacture minimum quantities of 500 pieces of a specific design.
Leaf Spring Facilities
Supreme has the capability to manufacture 2000 leaf springs per day using two manufacturing lines. These lines are semi-automated and require skilled operator interface. Supreme will typically manufacture a minimum 200 assemblies of a specific design.
Torsion Bar Facilities
Supreme has the capability to manufacture 1000 torsion bars per day on one line. This line is semi-automated and requires skilled operator interface. Supreme will typically manufacture 200 bars of a specific design.
Stabiliser Bar Facilities
Supreme has the capability to manufacture 700 stabiliser bars per day on two lines. One hot form and one cold formed line is utilised to meet the design and technical requirements of customers. These lines are semi-automated and require skilled operator interface. Supreme will typically manufacture 200 bars of a specific design.
